I work on ArcGIS Server for the .NET framework. When I interviewed at ESRI, I was impressed with how enthusiastic people were about their work. ESRI developers take pride in the software they design, and it reflects in the quality of our products.

This is a great place to build your career. I took courses at local universities to pick up programming skills using ESRI’s tuition reimbursement program. People at ESRI went out of their way to help me along my career path.

At ESRI, people listen to you. Even as a new developer at a meeting with an idea, my manager listened to what I had to say. If you have an idea, you don’t need a big title to be heard.

ESRI cares about its employees. Two years ago due to a medical complication my doctor limited me to working only a few hours a day. Even though my absence was hard on the team, they were very supportive. I am thankful that I work for a company where my life circumstances were accommodated so graciously.
